1. Pick a time where your community can get together and make noise at the same time. Lunchtime or after school could be a good idea.
2. It might be a good idea to get permission from a teacher or co-ordinator if you are holding the minute noise on school grounds.
3. Advertise! You could use posters, flyers, a facebook event, snapchat ... be creative.
4. Gather everyone in the same place, and have a spokesperson explain why IDAHO day is important, and let everyone know when to start making noise. You could provide whistles, shakers or pots and pans to make it REALLY loud.
