De-stress with a Mindfulness Meditation

I've actually tried and discovered mindfulness a while back and it's amazing~

I love using "Smiling Mind" as it's a great company and it's a very user friendly site. I love it! Mindfulness really relaxes my mind and allows me to maintain my stress levels. I've been extremely stressed for the past year and I know that I definitely need to get back into a routine so that the stress doesn't take over me again ^^

I also started a blog about dealing with stress and my approach on it. I'm planning to mention mindfulness ( well technically I already did xD)
