De-stress with a Mindfulness Meditation

I've tried mindfulness in the past for a few days at a time, but it never seemed to work as well as I thought it should.

 Smiling Mind was recommended to me by my mate who volunteers with Headspace Australia. 

With year 12 starting this year, I know i'm gonna need more stress relief and mindfulness could help so this challenge could totally help hopefully.
