Make a playlist on an issue you care about

Whether your passion is feminism, the environment, racial and cultural equality, animal welfare, education or LGBTIQ rights; we wanna hear from you and the hear the music that moves you.

“Music has always been a matter of energy to me, a question of fuel. Sentimental people call it inspiration, but what they really mean is fuel." - Hunter S. Thompson

Music has played a huge part in fuelling social change movements throughout history.

Thinking about this inspired us to take issues we care about and make playlists of songs that make us feel the good feels about it. First up is ‘Fierce Women’; a playlist of women singin’ about (and for) the strength of other women.

Hate to brag but it’s got Beyonce, Dolly Parton and Bikini Kill. Have a listen:

Now it's your turn. Create your own playlist. Some of the songs might express why you care about this issue and some might be written or performed by others who care about it too. And of course, some songs will just be the tracks that you can always rely on to be your fuel when you see something that needs changing.

Here's what you need to do:

1.Create your own playlist. Do it in Spotify or in iTunes. Heck, just scribble it down on a piece of paper.

2. Share it with us. Post a blog with a link and a short description.
